As an Account Manager in the iGaming software business, you will be clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and fostering solid relationships. You'll manage client accounts, understand their objectives, and offer tailored solutions from the company’s iGaming products and services. The role involves frequent client communication to provide ongoing support, updates, and guidance while collaborating internally with product teams to deliver the best service.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and expanding the client's use of the company's software solutions.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams (developers, marketing, product) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Track account performance, client satisfaction, and success metrics while offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service and timely resolution.
  • Oversee contract renewals and ensure client agreements are met.

  • 5+ years in account management, preferably in the iGaming, SaaS, or tech industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze client data, understand KPIs and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Organized with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with software solutions, especially in iGaming or digital platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, including casino, sportsbook, or betting operations.
  • Experience with sales or upselling to clients can boost your profile, helping in the expansion of client accounts.
  • Fluency in multiple languages can help manage international clients and markets.
